CashBackXM Terms of Service
These terms explain what CashBackXM provides and what it does not. CashBackXM is an independent cashback service that works through the official XM partner code CBT90. When you open an XM account with CBT90, XM pays us a partner commission on your closed trades and we pass a share of it back to you as cashback. XM credits that cashback directly to your own XM MyWallet — we never hold your money and never access your trading account. Which trades earn cashback is decided by XM's partner terms, which XM can change. Trading results are your own: cashback lowers your cost per lot, it does not guarantee any outcome.
Last updated: 10 October 2026. By using this website or opening an XM account with partner code CBT90, you accept these terms.
1. What CashBackXM provides
CashBackXM is an official XM partner. We publish the cashback rate for each instrument, explain how XM's partner programme works, and answer questions about it. The service itself is simple: an XM account registered under code CBT90 earns cashback on every eligible closed trade, automatically, for the life of that account, subject to XM's partner terms (see section 3). The full money flow is explained in XM cashback explained.
We are not XM, not an XM office and not an XM representative. XM provides the trading account, the platform, deposits and withdrawals. Your XM account is governed by XM's own client agreement, not by these terms.
2. Who is eligible
- You must be able to open an XM account in your country. XM decides who it accepts; it does not serve residents of some countries (see the notice at the bottom of this page).
- The account must be registered under code CBT90 when it is opened. In almost every case a partner code cannot be added to an existing XM account later — ask XM support. See changing your XM partner code.
- Cashback is paid at the per-lot rates on our rates table for Standard and Ultra Low accounts. Micro accounts use the Standard table scaled to their smaller lot (1/100). Rates can change; the table always shows the current rates.
3. Which trades earn cashback — and which do not
Cashback exists only when XM pays a partner commission on a trade. Under XM's partner terms, the following do not earn commission, so they do not earn cashback:
| Situation | Effect on cashback |
|---|---|
| Normal closed trade from 0.01 lot, funded by your own deposit | Earns cashback at the published rate, no cap |
| Trade that lasts 3 minutes or less | No cashback |
| Positions closed with "close by" or "multiple close by" | No cashback |
| Margin partly funded by an XM deposit bonus | Cashback reduced in proportion to the bonus share |
| Trading on a no-deposit bonus (no real deposit) | No cashback |
| Churning (excessive trading done mainly to generate commission), chargebacks or activity XM treats as fraud | No cashback |
XM can change its partner terms at any time, and XM decides whether a trade generated commission. Details for bonus users are in XM bonus vs cashback and XM no-deposit bonus; short-term traders should read XM scalping cashback.
4. How cashback is paid
- You close a trade on an account registered under CBT90.
- XM counts the closed volume and pays partner commissions daily, based on the previous day's trading.
- The cashback is credited automatically to your own XM MyWallet the next day, subject to XM's partner terms (see section 3). No claim or request is needed.
- From MyWallet you can withdraw it or transfer it to a trading account under XM's normal rules.
We never receive your deposits, never hold your cashback and never ask for your XM password. We do not charge you a fee, and your spreads and trading conditions are the same as for any other XM client on the same account type. If cashback is missing, see XM partner code not working or contact us with your XM account number so we can check our partner report.
5. No guarantee of trading results
Trading CFDs on leverage carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose all the money you deposit. Cashback returns part of your trading cost per lot; it does not make any trade less risky and is not income you can count on. Nothing on this website is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Decide your trade size and strategy yourself, and only trade money you can afford to lose.
6. What we are not responsible for
- Your trading decisions, losses, or the performance of any strategy or Expert Advisor.
- XM's platform, prices, execution, account approval, deposits, withdrawals or outages.
- Changes XM makes to its partner terms, or XM's decision that a trade did not generate commission.
- Cashback on accounts that were not registered under CBT90.
We work to keep every page accurate. If you find an error in a rate or a rule on this site, tell us and we will correct it.
7. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may update these terms, change the published rates, or pause or stop the service — for example if XM changes its partner programme. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Cashback that XM has already credited to your MyWallet stays in your MyWallet. How we handle website data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms or about your cashback: message our Facebook Page or see the step-by-step videos on our YouTube channel. Both are listed in the contact section of the home page. Questions about your trading account itself go to XM support.
