XM Cashback in Your MyWallet — When It Lands, How to Check It, How to Withdraw
Short answer: cashback from official XM partner code CBT90 is calculated when each order closes and credited to your XM MyWallet the following day, as ordinary balance. You see it in your own XM Members Area — not on a partner's website — and from there you can transfer it to any of your trading accounts or withdraw it through XM's normal withdrawal methods. There is nothing to claim, no form to submit and no minimum to reach.
What MyWallet is
MyWallet is the wallet inside your XM Members Area that sits above your trading accounts. Deposits land there first, withdrawals leave from there, and money moves between MyWallet and your trading accounts by internal transfer. Because it is XM's own wallet, anything credited to it is real, withdrawable balance — which is exactly why cashback is paid there rather than as bonus credit on a trading account.
The timeline of one cashback payment
- You close an order on an account registered under partner code CBT90 — say 1 lot of Gold.
- XM records the partner commission on that closed volume.
- The cashback is calculated from the fixed rate table — $9.00 for 1 lot of Gold on Standard.
- It is credited to your MyWallet the following day. Orders closed on Friday are credited over the weekend/next business day cycle; check your wallet history for the exact entry.
- You use it — transfer to a trading account as margin, or withdraw.
Every credit is visible as a line in your MyWallet history. If you want to reconcile, compare the credit against your closed orders for the previous day and the rate table.
Where to check it
- Web: log in to the XM Members Area → MyWallet → balance and transaction history.
- App: open the XM app → wallet section → history.
Cashback appears as a credit to the wallet balance. It is not shown inside the trading platform (MT4/MT5) itself, because it is credited to the wallet, not to the trading account — you transfer it in if you want to trade with it.
How to move cashback to a trading account
- Members Area → MyWallet → Transfer (or Internal Transfer).
- Choose the destination trading account and the amount.
- Confirm. The transfer happens inside your XM Members Area — check what XM shows before you confirm — and the funds become usable margin on that account.
You can send it to any of your accounts — including the CBT90 account that earned it, so cashback can compound into more trading volume, or to an account you use for a different strategy.
How to withdraw cashback
Because it is wallet balance, cashback is withdrawn the same way as any other balance: Members Area → MyWallet → Withdraw → pick a method. XM's withdrawal methods, minimums, fees and processing times depend on your region and the method you used to deposit — take them from XM's withdrawal page for your entity. CashBackXM has no part in the withdrawal and no ability to hold or delay it. Cashback follows the same fee rules as any other XM balance — see XM withdrawal fees for what XM's FAQ and Client Agreement say.
Things that surprise first-time recipients
- "It's smaller than I expected." Cashback is per closed lot, so 0.10 lot of Gold is $0.90, not $9. Check the volume actually closed that day.
- "Nothing arrived." The most common reasons: the trades were on an account opened without partner code CBT90 (only the CBT90 account earns it — how to add one); the orders were closed today, not yesterday; or the trades were of a type XM's partner terms exclude from commission (very short-duration trades are the usual example), in which case there is no partner commission and therefore no cashback.
- "Is it bonus credit?" No. Bonus credit sits on a trading account and cannot be withdrawn; cashback sits in MyWallet as balance and can. The difference is explained in XM bonus vs cashback.
- "Do I have to claim it?" No. There is no request, no ticket and no partner dashboard to log in to. It is automatic for the life of the account.
Why paying into MyWallet matters
Some rebate services pay from their own wallet, on their own schedule, and require you to log in to their site to see a balance. With partner code CBT90 the cashback is credited by XM into your own XM wallet, so the record is in the same place as your deposits and withdrawals, and you never depend on a third party to release it. That is the single most useful thing to check when comparing rebate providers — see how to compare XM rebate providers.
CashBackXM is an independent cashback service and an official XM partner (code CBT90). We are not XM, we never hold your funds, and XM credits the cashback directly to your own MyWallet where you can see every payout.

XM cashback and MyWallet — questions traders ask
When does XM cashback arrive in MyWallet?
It is calculated when each order closes and credited to your XM MyWallet the following day, as wallet balance. Each credit appears as a line in your MyWallet history.
Can I withdraw XM cashback?
Yes. Cashback is ordinary MyWallet balance, so you withdraw it through XM's normal withdrawal methods from the Members Area. XM's methods, minimums and processing times apply; CashBackXM has no part in the withdrawal.
Why don't I see the cashback in MT4/MT5?
Because it is credited to your MyWallet, not to the trading account. Use Transfer in the Members Area to move it to a trading account if you want to trade with it.
Why did I receive no cashback?
Usually one of three things: the trades were on an account opened without partner code CBT90; the orders closed today rather than yesterday; or the trades were of a type XM's partner terms exclude from commission, so there was no partner commission to share.
Is cashback paid as bonus credit?
No. It is real balance in MyWallet — withdrawable and transferable. Bonus credit is a separate XM promotion mechanism that cannot be withdrawn.
